Jennifer Lee

Jennifer is a Senior Partner at EY-Parthenon and Leader of Cross Sector Client Innovation for EY Canada. Over the course of her extensive professional services career, Jennifer held Global and Canadian leadership roles, in addition to being a Vice Chair at Deloitte.

In 2019, Global Consulting Magazine recognized her as a Global Leader in Consulting and in 2025 awarded Oxford University’s Global Women in Leadership scholarship. Her passion for driving impact through volunteerism and board work is demonstrated by empowering under-privileged immigrants in Canada through bursary and micro-loan programs; and by providing access to micro-finance opportunities for women in Central Asia.

She sits on the Board of Trillium Health Partners, where she chairs the Patient Quality Committee and Windmill Microlending, chairing the Governance Committee. She is also an advisor to ZeroStone AI, an artificial intelligence advisory firm and serves as an Executive-in-Residence at University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management.
