Johanne Lepine was  President and CEO of AON Parizeau and EVP & Chair of AON Reed Stenhouse Inc. until her retirement in 2019. She was a Trustee Board Member of Cominar Real Estate Investment Trust, Board Member of the following organizations: CEO Network of Quebec, the Canadian Chamber of Commerce, the Marie-Vincent Foundation, The Montréal Museum of Fine Arts Foundation, La Senza Corporation and the Montreal Board of Trade Foundation.

She is currently a Board Member of the Port of Montreal and is a member of the International Women’s Forum and the Institute of Corporate Directors.

Johanne is the recipient of numerous awards and distinctions in recognition of her professional achievements and her incredible support of social causes and charities and her efforts in opening doors for women: Women’s Executive Network as Top 100 Award-Canada’s Most Powerful Women in 2014, Women’s Y Foundation, Women Against Multiple Sclerosis(WAMS) and the Quebec Association of Women in Finance. S

She has also been a generous supporter of United Way Montréal and La Fondation du Centre des Femmes de Montréal.
