Les Scientifines has been providing an afterschool program to promote sciences, technologies, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) to young girls aged 8 to 17. The program attracts young girls from underprivileged neighbourhoods to allow them to develop important skills and counter school drop-out contributing to poverty among women.

For the past four years, GROW has proudly contributed to the innovative after school program which uses supervised experiments, science fairs, and scientific journalism to help develop critical thinking and improve writing, syntax, and spelling skills.
