Stella’s Circle provides services to adults who face many barriers to fully participating in their community. These barriers include mental health challenges, addictions, trauma, poverty, homelessness, criminal justice involvement, low literacy, and long periods of unemployment.

In 2022, GROW made a commitment to fund a feasibility study to look at starting a coding program for women recently released from prison. These predominantly indigenous women face numerous hurdles to employment, and training programs are difficult to access. The study will determine the viability of this strategy. (Newfoundland)
