Marnie Smith is a Managing Director at Russell Reynolds Associates, a global organizational consulting firm, where she leads the Western Canadian team and Canadian energy platform and is part of the firm’s global Board and CEO Advisory Practice. Prior to there, she served as a Senior Client Partner with Korn Ferry and as Managing Director & Head of Canadian Energy at Macquarie Group. She currently sits on the board of directors of Tamarack Valley Energy (TSX:TVE) and is very active on not-for-profit boards, including Shock Trauma Air Rescue Service (STARS) and Axis Connects. Marnie is a founding member of GROW.
