Vincenza is an experienced corporate director. She is Chair of the board of Dream Industrial REIT and a member of the boards of Dream Unlimited Corp, Equitable Bank, and Investment Management Corporation of Ontario (IMCO). A former investment banker with more than 25 years’ expertise in debt and equity markets, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance, Ms. Sera’s career has included senior positions with National Bank Financial, First Marathon Securities, and CIBC. Vincenza has been involved with several not-for-profit organizations over the years and is especially interested in providing opportunities for women and girls to reach their full potential. Vincenza is a founding member of GROW.
